While http://www.wisegeek.com/ isn’t dedicated solely to finance or tax advice, this user-friendly site offers easy to understand answers to common questions.  Simply input your topic or question and your choice of answers and subtopics will populate.  wiseGEEK.com was found to have good definitions for common business and personal tax terms, along with useful links to tax-related informational sites.

Bankrate.com offers a variety of resources for free tax advice in their News & Advice section at:  http://www.bankrate.com/brm/news/news_taxes_home.asp.  Topics can be subscribed to by RSS Feed and cover a wide variety of tax-related subjects; including such things as making the most of your medical deductions, proper tax record-keeping for your business, advice for choosing a tax preparer, and finding personal and business tax breaks.
